DAY 2
Arusha National Park
Arusha National Park covers Mount Meru, a prominent volcano with an elevation of 4566 m, in the Arusha Region of northeastern Tanzania. The park is small but varied with spectacular landscapes in three distinct areas.
DAYS 3 & 4
Tarangire or Lake Manyara National Park
Manyara-Tarangire ecosystem harbors largest populations of elephants per square kilometer in Africa.
DAYS 5 & 6
Serengeti National Park
Driving from Arusha to central Serengeti, we pass through the Ngorongoro highlands and the Olduvai Gorge to the endless plains of Serengeti. Serengeti, spotted by its rocky outcrops known as kopjes, is the largest garden of Eden on earth as it supports more than 3 million animals, excluding birds and insects. This is where you may witness the greatest natural migration of animals existing on the surface of this planet. Overnight at a lodge or camp.
DAYS 7 & 8
Ngorongoro Crater
This largest intact bowl of nature has wonder beyond imagination. It is the home of some endangered species of animals including Tanzania’s last population of black rhinos. Other animals are lions, elephants, buffalos, leopard wildebeest…etc. The caldera is as a result of collapsed volcano.
DAY 9
Say goodbye to the crater with a final glimpse from the view point on the rim, and then drive through Karatu town with en route shopping, towards Arusha. We stop in Arusha town for a tour before transferring to the airport.
